    Sri Lanka District Investment Case Analysis (DICA): Technical support and Collaboration

     
    Project ID: MM-004 Status: Active

    Sri Lanka District Investment Case Analysis (DICA) for the health sector is conducted in four selected districts in Sri Lanka i.e. Vavuniya, Monaragala, Nuwaraeliya and Hambantota, is a project funded by the UNICEF. Under this project IHP is to engage in compilation of relevant data, organizing focus group discussions, consultative and capacity building workshops, coordination with key stakeholders, data analysis, and developing the final DICA reports. The outcome of this 4 months consultancy assignment will thus be a document on the DICA which can show the pathways to accelerating the achievement of MDG targets for reducing maternal, neonatal and child morbidity and mortality through modifications and refinements in strategic interventions and changes in resource allocation at district level.
