Dalreen Barthelot joined the Institute for Health Policy in May 2019 in the capacity of Secretary / Administrator. She carries professional qualification in Secretarial and Human Resource Management with over 10 years of experience serving leading organizations in Sri Lanka, which includes Diplomatic Missions, INGO, International Organizations and the Private Sector.
At IHP she provides secretarial and logistic support to the Management and is responsible for the day to day administrative and HR operations. |
