Dr. Dilip. H. Liyanage is a Registrar in Medical Administration at, Ministry of Health, Sri Lanka. He holds Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Rostov State Medical University, Russia, Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Disease (DTCD) from University of Colombo, Postgraduate Diploma in International Relations (PGD (IR)) from Bandaranayke Center for International Studies (BCIS), Master of Science (MSc) in Medical Administration from University of Colombo and Master of Business Administrations (MBA) from University of Colombo. Before the current positions, he was Director at District General Hospital Killinochchi and has over 14 years’ experience in different organizations in Ministry of health, Sri Lanka.
He joined the MD Medical Administration Part 11 training offered by the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine in May 2017 and completed a one-month appointment at IHP in May 2018. He is a Life member of the Sri Lanka Medial Association and the College of Medical Administrators. He has six publications on health issues. |
