Dr Susantha Fernando obtained MBBS degree from the University of Sri Jayawardanapua in 2005, and MSc in Medical Administration from the Post Graduate Institute of Medicine Colombo in 2012. He is currently training for his MD Medical Administration offered by the PGIM. He followed an attachment at the Institute for Health Policy in November 2016, as part of this training.
Previously he has worked as Medical Officer of In charge at D.H.Hambegamuwa in Monaragala District (2007-2010) and Medical Officer at T.H. Mahamodara (2011). After completing the MSc in Medical Administration he was appointed as the Medical Superintendent Base Hospital Udugama (2013). |
